Marie-Margot Bridal Couture believes every woman should be wearing the dress of her dreams when she finds herself in the spotlight or on the red carpet of life. Last year, Marie-Margot Designer Maggie Burns was presented with the opportunity to create a one-of-kind red carpet dress for Highland, Colorado local Erin Breez.

Well-respected in the world of fashion for the company’s craftsmanship and personal connectivity, Marie-Margot came highly recommended by a Denver staple in the community. With years of experience, Designer Maggie Burns was up for the challenge to create a couture gown unlike any other. The gown was fashioned from teal silk chiffon and Lycra charmeuse fabric.

Erin Breez accompanied 2010 Best Short Documentary Oscar Nominee, Husband and Filmmaker Daniel Junge to the awards ceremony. Daniel Junge was nominated for “The Last Campaign of Governor Booth Gardner”, a documentary following the assisted suicide ballot initiative in Washington State. The short film was co-produced and co-directed by Henry Ansbache.

It was an opportunity and an experience of a lifetime; a designer’s dream come true and a chance to put Denver’s own talent on the map…Or, on the red carpet of the Oscars!

Erin Breez expressed her sincere appreciation for the Marie-Margot gown with an autographed red carpet photo. She wrote,

Dear Maggie,

Thank you so very much for your sole in one of the most memorable nights of our lives. It has been such a pleasure meeting and working with you.

With deep appreciation,
Erin
